The FcrvSelect->Wave command in the Motion module displays the function curves for the animated parameters of the selected wave(s).

The Fcurve window and the specified function curve(s) appear.
Displays all the function curves available for the wave.
Displays the function curves for the selected wave's animated scale. There are three function curves, one for each axis. The values on the vertical axis of the Fcurve window are the scale factors.
Displays the function curves for the selected wave's rotations. There are three function curves for rotations, one for each axis. The values on the vertical axis of the Fcurve window are in degrees.
Displays the function curve for the selected wave's path translation. The values on the vertical axis of the Fcurve window range from 0 to 100 and represent percentages of the length of the path. On an open path, the wave stops at the end points if the values are over 100 or under 0; on a closed path, the wave loops.
Displays the function curves for the selected wave's explicit translation. There are three function curves, one for each axis. The values on the vertical axis of the Fcurve window are global coordinates.
Displays the function curve for the selected wave's decay, or overall scaling factor for the wave amplitude over time. This function curve is created automatically when you create a wave. The values on the vertical axis of the Fcurve window range between 0 and 1. By default, it is set to 0, rises sharply to 1, and then decays back to 0.
Displays the function curve for the selected wave's spread, or the extent of the wave over time. This function curve is created automatically when you create a wave. By default, it is set to a constant value of 1.
